Tirupur
 
Tirupur is one of the towns in Tamil Nadu. It is famous for Textiles. It is also called as mini Japan. The specialty of the tripur is any body who goes to Tirupur can be employed. Because it is highly industrialized area, it is connected by the railway lines. It is the seventh largest city in Tamil Nadu. It is near to Coimbatore which is a cotton city.

    Tirupur is a town which is situated at 50 kms from Coimbatore. It is the seventh largest city in Tamilnadu. It is a fast developing city. It is blooming with many industries. As it is industrial city it is more congested because every day people are moving towards Tirupur for seeking profession. All kinds of people can survive in Tirupur. The major industries in Tirupur are “Baniyan” companies. It has a good history of export and import business. The other factories in Tirupur are knitting mills, Textile mills, threading mills and dyeing mills. It facilitates employment for 6 lakh people. The nearest city to Tirupur is the industrial place Coimbatore. Tirupur is spoken for water scarcity and high rents. Tirupur is connected to various cities like Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Chennai by railways. Normally the climate here is warm. A highly polluted river called Noyal River is running between the city. Now Tripur is called as Textile city. There are many big industries in Tirupur like SP Apparels, Eastmen Exports, SCM group, etc. South Asia’s largest school namely Jaivabai Girls Higher Secondary School is located here.
